Services
From drawing to series.
Engineering, stamping, CNC processing and welding at one site. We choose the most economical process for each part.
Project management & engineering
Together we clarify what the part has to do and design it for optimum cost: only what is necessary – and no less.
- Requirements workshop with development, purchasing and production
- Part assessed in its installed condition
- Know-how of partners and suppliers included
- Project management monitors quality, deadlines and costs
- Quick response to changes in quantities and lead times
- Continuous improvement during ongoing series production
- Tools from experienced partner toolmakers, coordinated by our project management
Stamping & bending
Our core competence is the progressive die for medium and large series, as a single part or as an assembly.
- Stainless steel, steel, aluminium; copper and copper alloys on request
- Integrated thread forming and joining operations
- Single components or system assemblies
